This absolutely delicious slushy comes straight from Anthony William’s book ‘Life Changing Foods', both editions. I want to share it because it is so satisfying to drink on a hot, summer day, when you are needing a good hit of glucose or when you are feeing glum. Try it out. It is super simple and the taste is out of this world.
This makes 2 cups for one tall glass or two medium size glasses..
Grape Slushy
Ingredietns
2 cups frozen purple or black seedless grapes
1 cup pure organic coconut water (nothing added) (or filtered water)
Method
Place the frozen grapes and coconut water in a high speed, powerful blender and run for 1 minute or until the skins are totally broken down. Pour in to a tall glass and enjoy!
