Up to one head of celery juice, stalks separated and leaves cut off

Method

Wash each celery stalk. Run your juicer and feed the celery stalks in until you have 16-20 ounces of celery juice. Drink on an empty stomach and wait 15-30 minutes before consuming anything else for the greatest health benefits.

Freshly Squeezed Cucumber Juice

Ingredients

2 large organic cucumbers

Method

Scrub both cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers in to quarters lengthwise. Freed in to your juicer. Drink rich away on an empty stomach and wait for 15-30 minutes for the best health benefits.

Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

Ingredients

5 mid sized or large Valencia or naval oranges (whichever are available)

Method

Cut oranges in half. Run a citrus juicer and juices all the halves. Enjoy!
